US crusher manufacturer TerraSource Global says the acquisition of Elgin Separation Solutions will help it provide “more complete” turnkey solutions in mining, metals, food, water and energy.
“Elgin is a leading manufacturer of innovative turnkey solutions in a variety of applications, from material handling to natural resource recycling to dewatering and liquid/solid separation,” TerraSource Global CEO Kevin Hambrice said.
“These products complement TerraSource Global’s industrial processing equipment, which serves many of our key markets in mining and metals and expands our portfolio in the food, water and oil and gas industries.”
Elgin was acquired more than 10 years ago by Boston-based Audax Private Equity.
TerraSource Global, part of Chicago-based Right Lane Industries, brought Gundlach Crushers, Jeffrey Rader and Pennsylvania Crusher under the one ownership umbrella in 2012.
“We are excited to become part of TerraSource Global and partner with their team to serve customers in all corners of the world,” said Elgin president Michael Rai Anderson.
“Combined, our innovative product designs, extensive application expertise, and commitment to timely and professional service, position us as the leading trusted technical resource for mining, recycling, industrial waste management and energy production solutions.”
