Azumah Resources has confirmed Denmark’s FLS as supplier of most of the key processing equipment at its US$150 million Black Volta gold project in Ghana.
FLS says it will deliver US$37 million worth of crushers, mills, screens, feeders, thickener and other equipment during 2026. The project is scheduled to start production in 2027.
“We are very happy to receive the complete flowsheet order for this key gold project and partner with the miner in the development of the first fully Ghanaian-owned gold mine in Ghana,” FLS products business line president Julian Soles said.
“Our proven ability in providing an industry-leading and productivity maximising gold flowsheet combined with our capability to supply services and parts to this region throughout the lifecycle of the project were key factors in customer’s decision to partner with FLS on this key project.”
