UGL wins A$600m of new work

Kemerton lithium hydroxide plant in south-west Western Australia

CIMIC Group member UGL says it has secured more than A$600 million of contracts in Western Australia, including over $300 million of construction work on Albemarle’s Kemerton lithium hydroxide plant expansion near Bunbury.

UGL is also providing new electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and access services for Alcoa at its  bauxite and alumina operations, and asset management and other services for three WA energy producers, including Chevron Australia.
