Canada’s MineHub says it increased software-as-a-service revenue in its fiscal 2025, otherwise repeating the circa-C$2 million of total sales and $6 million-plus net loss of the previous year.

“The company focused on growing stable, recurring SaaS revenue instead of pursuing non-recurring and highly variable professional services contracts,” MineHub said. SaaS sales were up 17% year-on-year at $240,374 in FY25.

The Toronto-listed company said customers transacted US$14.7 billion of commodities on its digital trading platform in FY25, up 20% yoy.

“The company achieved a 100% renewal rate among its key enterprise accounts, demonstrating sustained platform adoption and customer trust,” it said.

CEO Andrea Aranguren said SaaS revenue and platform volume growth, along with continued platform enhancements, meant MineHub was building “a resilient foundation for sustainable growth in volatile markets”.

She said FY26 would see the company aiming to execute on its existing pipeline for MineHub’s Core Platform in copper and aluminium markets while driving volume expansions with current customers to maximise recurring revenue. It also wanted to capitalise on “strong interest in China and India, where regulatory and operational complexity amplifies the need for MineHub’s solutions” and accelerate outreach in steel, nickel and scrap metals.
