The new CEO of a fast-growing Australian spectral technology firm says market megatrends can help the company reach its goal of becoming a globally recognised player in advanced material characterisation.
Dr Sophie Hancock says Perth-based Portable Spectral Services is “on the cusp” of making an important contribution to Australian digital geochemistry and mineralogy.
“We aspire to be a global industry leader in next-gen material characterisation,” she said after formally taking over executive management of 15-year-old PSS from founder Chris Brand.
