Ten years ago at PDAC in Toronto Christian Christesen thought the mining hyperspectral imaging technology landscape looked fairly bare. This year was a lot different.

“Even before PDAC you could see that the market surrounding the use of hyperspectral within the mining sector was growing big time,” TheiaX’s co-founder and managing director told InvestMETS.com from the company’s Freiberg headquarters in Germany.

“There are more and more companies popping up.

“It’s a non-invasive of technology that can give you quite a lot of information rapidly.
