Weir ESCO’s first female managing director of its Australasia business, Melissa Davison has plenty to say about technology, sustainability and encouraging more women into the critical mining equipment, technology and services (METS) sector. She sees the keys themes as being strongly connected.

“The advancement of technology is opening so many new styles of roles and opportunities – for females and males – so I think it’s a great sector to be in,” she told InvestMETS from her Sydney base.
