Mineral Resources’ 40%-owned Wodgina lithium operation in Western Australia

K2fly has followed up this week’s new software supply deal with Rio Tinto with a A$1.75 million contract to provide its resource governance and technical assurance products to iron ore and lithium producer Mineral Resources.

ASX-listed K2fly said the three-year MinRes contract added $475,000 of annual recurring revenue to its order book. The enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) company had ARR of $6.5 million on its books at the end of September this year.

K2fly has natural resource and mineral resource governance, and technical assurance, SaaS products.

“We are looking forward to working closely with MinRes to deliver strong block model management and resource governance as well as repeatable improved recoveries of their iron ore and lithium deposits,” said K2fly CEO Nic Pollock.
