Stella Holloway is the new president of 50-year-old Canadian mining equipment maker, MacLean Engineering. She is part of a senior leadership group that includes CEO Kevin MacLean and chair and founder, Don MacLean.

The Ontario-based company, which produces a range of mobile battery and diesel mining machines, said Holloway had built an impressive 15-year career at MacLean, where she was previously vice president of sales and operations for Ontario, Central and Western Canada, and the Maritimes.

Her new role was aligned with the company’s expanding global presence in sales and support, it said.

Meanwhile, Tony Caron, formerly vice president of sales for Quebec and Latin America, has been promoted to vice president of global sales.

“I am very pleased that these internal promotions will allow us to create a foundation for change and growth, while at the same time ensuring a continuity of our culture that has been built on 50 years of customer-focused innovation, safety and productivity improvements in mining,” said Kevin MacLean.
