Epiroc says ACB+ will strengthen its offering of quick couplers and attachments for construction equipment after it agreed to buy the French company for an undisclosed price.
The deal is expected to be wrapped up in the third quarter this year.
Epiroc described Saint Lager-based ACB+ as a market-leading supplier in France, with customers throughout Europe. It had several production facilities in France and about 140 employees.
Sales in the 12 months to the end of March this year totalled about US$34 million.
