Finnish manufacturer Metso has booked a €55 million (US$59 million) copper concentrator order for crushing, screening and milling equipment without identifying the Chilean customer.
It said high-capacity cone crushers, vibrating screens and regrinding mills would be supplied, along with flotation and separation equipment. The flotation equipment would include several of the largest available (630 cubic-metre] TankCell units. Two of four MHC hydrocyclone clusters would also be “among the largest in the world”.
