TSX-listed MineHub Technologies has raised C$7.2 million (US$5.2 million) from its recently announced private share placement after closing the second tranche of the offer.
ATB Capital Markets was lead agent for the placement.
MineHub says it provides enterprise-grade digital solutions that securely connect buyers, sellers, laboratories and financiers in physical commodities supply chains.
It has a current market value around C$85 million.
