Vancouver AI microcap Minerva Intelligence has placed 20 million shares at C5c to raise C$1 million for “ongoing development of [its] climate-related products”.
The company, which has built decision-support tools for climate risk, mineral exploration and mining, has seen its share price more than double to 7c since mid-May.
“Minerva’s proprietary AI technology, rooted in hazard mapping and climate modelling, enables us to extract valuable insights and package them into actionable ways for a diverse range of applications,” the company said.
