Australian engineering company Monadelphous Group has landed a A$160 million construction contract at Talison Lithium’s Greenbushes site in the south-west of Western Australia.
The contract to build the Chemical Grade Plant 3 at Greenbushes covers installation of a new crushing and screening facility and lithium concentrate processing plant, plus associated tank and piping fabrication works and electrical supply.
Work will start later this year and is expected to be finished in the first half of 2025.
